Michigan government bid help
Bid help for Michigan small businesses, from SAM.gov to MITN.
Michigan businesses bid on three layers of public work: federal contracts on SAM.gov, State of Michigan contracts through SIGMA, and city, county, and school work posted on MITN and local portals. We read the solicitation, flag every pass/fail requirement, and draft your response for a flat fee. You sign and submit.

Where Michigan government bids are posted
Federal: SAM.gov
Federal agencies post contract opportunities on SAM.gov, from Army and Defense Logistics Agency buys to VA and Corps of Engineers work. To be paid on most federal awards you need an active SAM registration, which is always free.
State: SIGMA VSS
The State of Michigan buys through SIGMA Vendor Self Service, run by the Department of Technology, Management and Budget (DTMB). Registration is free. State solicitations often carry their own forms, certifications, and strict upload rules.
Local: MITN and city portals
Many Michigan cities, counties, townships, and school districts post on the MITN Purchasing Group on BidNet Direct. Free “Limited Access” registration lets you view and respond; paid plans add alerts. Some buyers, like the City of Detroit, run their own portal.
Portal terms change. Always confirm current registration rules on the official site.
